Establecida en el año 2015, Urbe Apie ha creado un renacimiento urbano en Puerto Rico. A través de la restauración urbana y la ocupación de espacios abandonados, nuestra organización ha transformado la comunidad y la economía de Barrio Pueblo en Caguas. Urbe Apie ha creado mercados al aire libre, ferias artesanales, talleres educativos, galería de arte, teatro comunitario, cocina, huertos y una boutique que ayuda en la adquisición de ropa y otros artículos de primera necesidad. De igual forma, creamos el proyecto Hermanos y Hermanas de la Calle, dirigido a la prevención y disminución de riesgos en nuestra comunidad. Emprendes más sobre nuestros valores.

Through urban restoration and the occupation of abandoned buildings, our organization has transformed the community and the economy of Caguas. Urbe Apie has created open air markets, artisan fairs, educational workshops, group discussions, an art gallery, community theatre, kitchen, garden, and community boutique that helps in the acquisition of clothing and other articles of necessity. In the same vein, we have the project Brothers & Sisters of the Street, dedicated to risk reduction and prevention. Learn more about our values.
